Matumaini Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up her supplies with one sack of cassava flour and one sack of corn flour which will strengthen her initial capital.

Matumaini Group's story

Madame Faida is a client of Hekima IMF and presides over the MATUMAINI banc villageois. She is 45 years old, married, and the mother of 8 children, all of whom are in school. Her partner is a carpenter.

Madame Faida sells cassava flour. She began her business in 2004 with start-up money she received from Hekima to support her business, which has been growing gradually. With this new loan she plans to restock her supplies with 1 sack of cassava flour and 1 sack of corn flour, which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge facing her business is the unpaid debts that were incurred during this period of global crisis.

Madame Faida would like to have her children continue their studies and provide for her family.

Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they have provided to owners of non-cash businesses during this covid-19 crisis. The photo shows only the group's leader because of covid-19.
