A loan helped to buy goats for her livestock business.

Alcina's story

Alcina is 31 years old and married with two children. She has a livestock business that she started in 2016, and sells goats to generate income to support her family. Running her livestock business has made Alcina independent because she can be responsible for herself and also provide a better life for her family.

She would like a loan of US$1,200 from KIF to help grow her livestock business. She plans to use this loan to buy goats for her livestock business. With the goats, she raises and then sells them at a higher price.

Alcina hopes to run a bigger business in the future and wants to thank lenders for the opportunity.
