Nuevos Aires Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase eucalyptus seeds in order to reforest 5 hectares of land.

Nuevos Aires Group's story

This group belongs to an indigenous community called Toba Qom de San Francisco. They are neighbours who have lived in the community for over 42 years. One of the members is Francisco who makes a living working in agriculture and also in apiculture as he has beehives which produce honey.

He wants to invest more in his business as well as continue to bring the daily sustenance to his loved ones. The Fundación Paraguaya (Paraguay Foundation) offers them the opportunity to access this loan taking this into account the displacement they have endured being part of an indigenous community that has been uprooted and who are looking for a way to earn a living. In addition to this, by reforesting the area in which they stay, they contribute their small grain of salt towards the universal need to help improve the environment in the face of global pollution.

Francisco and the other member of the group are seeking a loan to buy eucalyptus seeds in order to reforest 5 hectares of land in their community.
