Usiano Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase interfacing, lining, thread, and chalk to strengthen her initial capital.

Usiano Group's story

Madame Amina is a client of the MFI Hekima and leads the banque villageoise Usiano. She is 35 years old, married, and the mother of four children, three of whom are in school and one of whom is not. Her partner is a fitter.

She is a seamstress. She started her business 15 years ago with startup funding from her husband. Later, she started partnering with the Hekima program to support her business and she made progress gradually.

With this new loan, she will purchase interfacing, lining, thread, and chalk to strengthen her initial capital. The challenge for her business is tied to theft and the current crisis.

She would like for her children to continue going to school and to feed her family. Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for their support of non-bankable businesses.
