Juana Del Socorro's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a table, aluminum trays, meat, plantains, and cheese.

Juana Del Socorro's story

Every evening, one can smell the aroma of a delicious fritanga in Juana's home, where, for more than 40 years, she has been offering enchiladas, tacos, sliced and fried plantains with cheese, fried ripe plantains, and potatoes. Everyone in her community recommends this fritanga because of its rich flavor and good price.

Juana is a woman who has been able to get her five children ahead in life through great effort, dedication, and perseverance. In her previous loan, she invested in her business. This time, she knocked on the doors of MiCredito, together with the support of Kiva, in order to buy a table, aluminum trays, meat, plantains, and cheese.

In the near future, she wishes to continue investing in her business to the point where she can have a restaurant on the main street of her city.
