Sahada's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase more stock to meet customer demand.

Sahada's story

Sahada is a 27-year-old entrepreneur who lives with her mother in the Tamale Metropolitan of Ghana. She runs a business selling dried fish. With her first Kiva loan, Sahada was able to launch her business and she is requesting a second Kiva loan to purchase more stock to meet customer demand. She plans to use the profit she earns to support her family’s basic needs.

To repay the ‘social interest’ on her loan, Sahada will volunteer as a CAMFED Association member and give two and a half hours per week to mentoring younger members on personal and entrepreneurship issues.
