Penecance's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more cows (bulls) for fattening and selling.

Penecance's story

Penecance is a married man, 56 years old, with five children living in Kamwenge, Uganda. He derives his income majorly from cattle trading whereby he buys cows, rears them for some time, then sells them later at higher prices. He is located in an area where cattle is seen as source of wealth hence a market is guaranteed and the more the heads of cattle, the more the earnings.

Penecance is not yet self-reliant in terms of capital; therefore through Hofokam Limited, Uganda, he is requesting for a loan facility to buy more cows (bulls) for fattening and selling. Like any other cattle keeper, he is faced with the problems of bad weather like drought, too much rains and also price fluctuations which affects his profits.
