Neema Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase a stock of various foods, rice, flour, and oil, in bulk, which will increase her capital.

Neema Group's story

Laheli is a client with the MFI Hekima and runs the "banc villageois" Neema. She is married, 54 years old, and mother of 14 children who are all in school. Her partner is a shopkeeper.

She sells various foods. She started this business in 1993 with start-up funds from her husband. Later, she got involved with the Hekima program to support her business. During this time, her business has been growing gradually.

With this new loan, she will purchase a stock of various foods, rice, flour, and oil, in bulk, which will increase her initial capital. Her business's challenge is related to the increase in the US dollar rate.

She would like her children to continue to go to school.

Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and their partners for the support given to the owners of non-monetary businesses.
