Svetlana's story

Svetlana is a 57-year-old woman from the village of Ermoclia, Stefan Voda region of Moldova. She is a skilled farmer. Svetlana deals with agriculture and the marketing of pork. She currently has 60 sheep and goats. In the same way, every year, she grows cattle. The sheepfold is located on the edge of the village. Svetlana is helped in her business by her sons. It is a family business. She is happy that they managed to like their mother's activity and is sure that they will continue it. The sheep products she sells at the local market. She has a family car to transport goods to the selling space. Unfortunately, the car has failed and needs to be repaired.

Now, Svetlana is applying for a loan from Kiva for car repairs, animal procurement, and small business investments. As a result, she will be able to grow her deal and provide continuity and stable growth for the family business.
