Biluge Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on fabrics, bolts of cloth in bulk, which will strengthen her starting capital.

Biluge Group's story

Ms Judith is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima and heads the banque villageois group Biluge. She is married, 38 years old, and the mother of two childen; one is in school and the other has finished. Her partner is in retail.

She is a seamstress and sells tablecloths; she began this business twenty years ago with startup funds she received from a savings group (500 francs per day at that time). Later, she became involved with the Hekima program to support her business and she gradually progressed. With this new loan, she is going to stock up on fabrics, bolts of cloth in bulk, which will strengthen her starting capital. The challenge in her business is the lack of customers.

She would like to keep her child in school, to complete the construction of her fixed house, and to feed her family. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and her parteners for the support of owners of businesses that do not have cash value. (The customers prefer to be with their children in the photo).
