Dorcas's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy farm inputs such as seeds and to pay hired labor to grow more crops and earn profits to improve the living conditions of her family.

Dorcas's story

Dorcas is a 31-year old mother of two children living in Kitale, a town whose surroundings have vast agricultural potential with numerous small farms and also large agricultural enterprises. She is a dairy farmer who also grows various crops on her farm.

Dorcas is humbly seeking a KES 50,000 loan, which she will use to pay for farm inputs and hired labor to grow more crops on the horticulture farm. It takes a lot for a smallholder farmer to risk limited resources to expand a farm business.

With your help, Dorcas will be able to meet the high cost of farm inputs necessary for expansion. A significant portion of the profit will be plowed back into the business to fuel growth as she sets up a good foundation for her children. Kindly and humbly lend this beautiful woman to make her dreams of success a reality.
