Shekina Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy nails and cement wholesale.

Shekina Group's story

Marceline is a customer of the MFI Hekima and the leader of the Shekina "banque villageoise". She is married, 42 years old, and the mother of 7 children who all attend school. Her spouse is a merchant.

She sells hardware. She started her business in 2016 with start-up funds she received from her husband. Later, she joined Hekima in order to support her business. She has been gradually progressing since. She plans to use her new loan to buy nails and cement wholesale. Her business' main challenges are the many state taxes and a lack of customers.

She would like to be able to feed her family and for her children to continue getting an education.

Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they give to owners of non-bankable businesses.

Note: the customers wanted to be in the photo with their babies.
