Balbina's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy additional supply goods such as biscuits, noodles, sugar, coffee and many other things to resell at her store.

Balbina's story

Balbina is modest and enterprising, 47 years old, and married.

She has a very good understanding and experience with general stores. She has one of her own which is has been running for many years, and her store is located in an excellent spot where it is easy to find and many people always come to buy her goods every day.

Running her business has made Balbina become more independent because she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family's everyday income.

She would like a loan of $1000 through Kiva field partner KIF to help improve her store. She plans to use this loan to buy additional supply goods such as biscuits, noodles, sugar, coffee and many other things to resell at her store.

Balbina hopes to expand the size of her business in the future as the result of her investment and wants to thank lenders for the opportunity.
