Teta's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more meat to sell.

Teta's story

Teta is 36 years old. She lives with her partner along with two kids whose ages are 6 and 12. Both of her children are currently in school and live at home.

Teta is a hardworking businesswoman who sells meat. For the past 11 years, she has been operating her business without any problem.

She started to sell with her own earnings, and her friends taught her this trade. She sells Monday through Saturday. She uses a car to transport supplies to her business site. Teta likes her business because it gives her profits.

To maintain her business, Teta applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva field partner. The loan will be used to buy more meat to sell to her good clients.

In the future, she wants to build a house for her children. She is highly grateful for the financial support rendered.
