Maricel's story

Maricel is a hardworking mom of three children who live with her in Sta. Ignacia Tarlac. For the past ten years, Maricel has been engaged in a food business selling different kinds of dried fish in her community. In this way, she can earn a great income to help her husband working abroad to provide for and give a better life to their children.

Maricel was very thankful to the lenders who trusted her to borrow a loan of PHP 70,000 to purchase more kinds of fish to dry and sell in her village. She is a good paying client of ASKI. Maricel give thanks for the financial support she received. She was able to increase her stocks, which resulted in increased revenue.

Maricel is gradually building up her capital by saving part of her profits and re-investing the rest to give her customers a wider range of choice whenever they visit her shop. Maricel believes that someday she will be known as a successful businesswoman in her community.
