Guerison Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase chicken, flour, potatoes, and oil in bulk, which will increase her initial capital.

Guerison Group's story

Jeacqueline is a client of the MFI (microfinance institution), Hekima, and runs the "banc villageois" Guerison. She is married, 34 years old, and mother of 4 children. All 4 children are in school and 1 is younger. Her partner is a motorbike taxi driver.

She is a food shopkeeper. She started this business in 2010 with start-up funds from her husband. Later, she got involved with the Hekima program to support her business. During this time, her business has been growing gradually.

With this new loan, she is going to purchase chicken, flour, potatoes, and oil in bulk, which will increase her initial capital. Her business' challenge has been related to a lack of customers.

She would like her children to go to school and to purchase a plot.

Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and their partners for the support given to owners of non-monetary businesses.
