Tulikaki's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy pandanus for her weaving business.

Tulikaki's story

Tulikaki is 46 years old. She is married with four children, and they are all in high school.

Tulikaki runs a business of weaving, and she is self-employed. She weaves taovala and mats, both with white and brown pandanus, but mostly she use the white pandanus because it is easier for weaving and also more expensive. She sells her products at the local market and also to her friends and families overseas.

Tulikaki has been running this business for more than twenty years, and it has been her family's main source of income. She is a very hard working mother, who dedicated herself to her business. Most of her customers became attached to her for many years because of her loyalty to them. She makes sure that every weaving product she weaves is perfect before delivery.

She is hoping to use her loan money to buy pandanus for her weaving. Tulikaki's dream is for her children to get educated and make a better future.
