01_Don Bosco Group's story

This banc villageois was started in December 2008, home to this group of four brave women very active in business. They live in the same neighbourhood [and are] linked by bonds of kinship and solidarity. They have paid back many loans by maturity.

Madame Rosalie is 37 years old. She is the representative, at the right of the photo and hand raised. She is married and mother of two girls who are students. Rosalie works raising animals. She farms and fattens pigs. She buys her subjects in the area and works at home where she has her chicken coop and her pig house. She has 6 years of experience in the sector.

She is going to buy 8 piglets, 100 chicks and 15 bags of poultry feed and pay for the vaccines. Her strength is that she has many customers, especially throughout the holidays. With the profits she will take charge and start to increase her level of savings in the banc villageois.
