Ungukanawe 716 Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy restaurant equipment and more inventory to be in possession of sufficient stock of the raw materials she needs for her restaurant.

Ungukanawe 716 Group's story

Jeanne is a 47-year-old single mother of 3 adult children. She lives in Kabarore with her children. She is social and very kind.

For the past 4 years, Jeanne has owned a restaurant selling various types of cooked food and soft drinks with an employee. She wants to expand her business, but her lack of capital prevents her. This is the reason why she is requesting this loan is to buy restaurant equipment and more inventory to be in possession of sufficient stock of the raw materials she needs for her restaurant. This will increase her sales.

The profits generated by this loan will be used to pay for her family medical assurance. Enthusiastically Jeanne believes that in the near future her business will be flourishing and having 5 more restaurants in different locations. This is her 1st loan cycle with Visionfund Rwanda.

Therefore, Jeanne is truly thankful toward the Kiva lenders for funding this loan.
