Tamara's story

Tamara is 60 and married and a heroine-mother of eight children. She has a high school education and is a kind and responsive person. She has been working in animal husbandry and agriculture for the past 35 years as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to her hard work and help from her husband, she currently has eight cows, 30 sheep and five horses on her farm.

With the goal of further developing her business, Tamara has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 149,000 KGS to buy calves to increase her income from animal husbandry. She plans to put income from the loan into expanding her farm.
