Siguitemason Group's story

Gnouma, a Malian woman, aged 49 years, raises sheep and she is the one holding the ram's collar. She did not go to school, is married and the mother of 5 children aged from 3 to 15 years and who all attend school. Her husband is a farmer.

Due to a lack of means, she is contacting the microfinance institution RMCR to help carry out her activities. Gnouma has been buying her sheep in a rural village for some time so that she can raise them. She sells them at a market near her village and can have a potential monthly income of 27 000 CFA Francs. With these profits, she takes care of the schooling, clothing and health of her children.

In the future, Gnouma would like to become a big livestock raiser in her village to continue to take care of her children.
