Las Aspirantes Group's story

“Las Aspirantes” solidarity group is made up of four women: Dora, Laura, Maydani, and Neria. Maydani is a humble, responsible, very hardworking young woman. She is the mother of one child. With effort and dedication, she has moved her business forward. She has always looked out for her family and tried to set a good example. At present, she has had a small grocery store business for ten years. She tells us she started her business with the help of her sister, who has always supported her. Her business has become well known for the variety of products it offers. With her previous Kiva loan, they were able to achieve their goal, which was buying merchandise to increase their inventory, sales, and earnings. She is requesting a loan at Fundenuse with Kiva funds for the purchase of products for her small grocery store business. She plans to diversify her business by selling clothing and cosmetics. She belongs to the solidarity group, "Las Aspirantes," together with Dora, Laura, and Neria.
