A loan helped to purchase more eggs and water to sell.

Tenneh's story

Meet 36-year-old Tenneh. She lives with her partner along with three children. All of her children are schooling and live at home.

Tenneh is a hardworking businesswoman who sells eggs and water. She sells six days a week. She uses car to transport supplies to her business site. She started to sell with her own savings. She likes her business because it gives her profits and helps to support her family.

She requested this loan from BRAC, Kiva's field partner, to purchase more eggs and water to sell in order to generate more profits to repay her loan installment and increase her income.

In the future, Tenneh wants to build a house for her children. She says thanks and gives appreciation to BRAC and the Kiva community for their support.
