Mario Jose's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase display cases, freezers, chicken and meat.

Mario Jose's story

Mario is a 57-year-old merchant. He gets up early in the morning to open his convenience store to attend to his customers. He has eight years of experience in that line of work. He started in that commercial sector because he had become unemployed and had to seek income to support his family and improve the structure of his household.

Mario turned to Kiva funding with MiCrédito in order to purchase display cases, freezers, chicken and meat in order to increase his inventory so he can generate good revenues and cover his family's expenses. Mario is thinking of turning his convenience store into a diversified distributorship in the near future.
