Rosana's story

Rosana, 51 years old, is a hardworking businesswoman. She is married and blessed with four children. For almost 18 years, Rosana has been running her community-based sari-sari (variety) store and she is able to earn about PHP 6,000 monthly. Aside from her general store, her husband earns from transportation services. Rosana uses her profit to sustain their daily household expenditures.

She dreams of expanding her sari-sari store into a mini grocery. She is asking for additional capital in the amount of PHP 20,000 which will be used in buying groceries such as sugar, shampoo, canned goods, instant noodles, assorted biscuits and soft drinks to sell. She will be thankful if her loan request is granted.
