A loan helped to buy horses to increase her income from livestock breeding.

Gulyas's story

Gulyas is 51 years old, married and has five children. She has high school education and is a kind and empathetic woman by nature.

As a main source of income for her family, Gulyas has been engaged in animal husbandry and crop farming for over 20 years. Thanks to Gulyas's relentless work and her spouse's help with the farm, she currently has a cow, five sheep and six horses on her farm. She also owns a plot of land measured 4.2 hectares where she grows beans.

To further develop her farming business, Gulyas applied to Bai-Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) to buy horses, with the goal of increasing her income from livestock breeding. Gulyas plans to reinvest the profits from the loan into further expansion of her farm and make savings to provide good future for her children.
