Kulsaira's story

Kulsaira is 57 and married with two daughters and two sons. She has a high school education and is a hardworking, purposeful and entrepreneurial person. She has been working in animal husbandry since 1991 as the primary source of income for her family. She has a good understanding of the technical aspects of running an agricultural business and knows how to manage a budget. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to her tasks, she has been able to develop her farm to having two cows, 20 sheep and three horses as well as 2.15 hectares of her own land where she grows clover.

With the goal of further developing her farm, Kulsaira has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 150,000 KGS to buy dairy cows to increase her sales of organic milk and her income from raising livestock. She plans to put income from the loan into further developing her farm and giving her children a good education.
