Mirella Alexa's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy bond paper, cardboard, markers, pencils, pencil crayons, etc., to stock up inventory for the mini bookstore.

Mirella Alexa's story

Mirella lives with her mother, her 10-year-old sister and her grandmother. She has no family outside El Salvador. Mirella runs a bookstore where she sells paper products, school supplies and more.

She started her business nine months ago. Her schedule is 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Her main advantage is that her business is located across from a school. Mirella learned how to administer her business empirically and she started it to generate income to cover the household costs.

She is requesting this loan to buy bond paper, cardboard, markers, pencils, pencil crayons, etc., in order to stock up on inventory of her mini-bookstore. She thinks this investment will help grow her business, providing her with a stable income with which she can help her family.

Her dream is to have a bigger and more productive bookstore business in order to generate an income that will allow for her to provide for her family in a sustainable way.
