Carmen Rosa's story

Carmen is 40 years old and lives in the municipality of Villeta. She’s a humble and hardworking woman who works making and selling panela.

She decided to start her own business because she felt it was the best way to improve her income and to sustain her family. The road hasn’t been easy, but she has worked with commitment and very determined to be successful. She believes that being an entrepreneur can help her and her family to have a better life but also helps other people in the community.
