A loan helped to buy juice in bulk to strengthen her initial capital.

Loyaute Group's story

Mme Bernadette is a client of the MFI Hekima and presides over the solidarity group "Loyaute." She is 55 years old, married, and the mother of nine children, two of whom attend school. Her other seven children have completed their schooling. Her partner is a technicien.

She sells food items and beverages in her cafeteria. She launched this business in 2005 with start-up funds she acquired through income-generating activities at the time. She later became involved with the Hekima program to support her business, and she has since progressively evolved.

With this new loan, she will purchase juice in bulk to strengthen her initial capital. The challenge for her business is related to holiday periods.

She would like her children to go to school. Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they provide to business owners who do not have access to traditional banking.
