She knows how to run a farming business and is able to invest funds where necessary. Since 2010, she has been engaged in animal husbandry for her family's main source of income. Thanks to her persistent hard work, at present her farm has two cows and four horses. There is also a 3.2-hectare plot of irrigated land on which she grows wheat and beans.

In order to further develop her farm, Nurgul has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS) to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her sales of organic milk and income from breeding livestock. Nurgul intends to use the funds from the loan to further develop her farm and improve her family's financial well-being.
