A loan helped to buy cattle in order to increase her income from cattle breeding.

Shakin's story

Shakin is 67 years old, married, and has grown up children. She knows the technology of running a farming business and is able to use resources appropriately.

As a main source of income for her family, Shakin has been engaged in animal husbandry since 1985. Thanks to Shakin's tireless work, today there are two cows, 12 sheep and a horse on her farm.

To further develop her farming business, Shakin applied to Bai-Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) to buy cattle, with the goal of increasing her income from cattle breeding. Shakin plans to reinvest the profits from the loan into further development of her farm by increasing her livestock headcount.
