Zinakan's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy two dairy cows to increase her cattle headcount and the quantity of organic milk.

Zinakan's story

Zinakan is 61 years old, married, mother of three children. Zinakan has a secondary education. As the main income for her family, she is engaged in animal husbandry and field cultivation. The neighbors speak of her as a cheerful and honest woman. Thanks to the hard work of Zinakan and the help of her husband with the farm, today in the farm there are three cows and two horses, as well as a land share of 3.36 hectares in which she grows beans.

Zinakan has a contract for the supply of organic milk to a local milk plant for further processing into dairy products. This allows Zinakan to continuously invest in its agricultural business. Having learned that from Bai-Tushum Bank, Zinakan can get a loan secured by a futures contract, as part of the value chain product, she applied for a loan in the amount of 200,000 soms (KGS) for the purchase of two dairy cows to increase the number of livestock cattle and milk sales volumes.

Payments for milk from the plant will be directly transferred to the Zinakan bank account, and loan payments will be automatically deducted. The proceeds from the loan will help Zinakan further raise the number of livestock, increase the financial well-being of her family and give a quality education to her children.
