Shareefan's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase more animals to increase her sales.

Shareefan's story

Financial constraints, alongside the want for a better life and good quality education for her child, are only a few but valuable factors that encouraged Shareefan to start her business. Shareefan sells animals by taking a loan from Kashf Foundation.

Shareefan is 55 years old and is a widowed woman. She buys animals (calves) at low prices, brings them up and then sells them out in the market at higher prices. She makes enough through her business to contribute to the family income. She also sells milk to generate an extra amount of income.

Shareefan needs to improve her business to bear her household expenses. For this reason, she contacted Kashf Foundation and applied a loan of PKR 70000 to purchase more animals to increase her sales. She is very experienced and has good contacts in the market. With this loan, she will definitely expand her business and income level.
