Ufalme Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to stock up on 2 sacks of corn and 2 sacks of cassava flour with which to make a local beverage, which will reinforce her starting capital.

Ufalme Group's story

Mrs. Josee is a Hekima IMF client and presides over the banque villageoise “UFALME.” She is a 53-year-old married mother of eleven, all of whom attend school, and her partner is a state agent.

She sells a local beverage, which she started doing in 2006 with the startup funds from her husband. Later, she involved the Hekima program to support her business, which grew over time. With the new loan, she is going to stock up on 2 sacks of corn and 2 sacks of cassava flour with which to make a local beverage, which will reinforce her starting capital. The challenge for her business has to do with the lack of customers but also when the beverage had been poorly mixed.

She would like for her children to go to school and that her family be fed. In the end, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to unprofitable business owners. The customers prefer to be with their children in the photo.
