Josue Daniel's story

The city of Portoviejo was affected by the earthquake on April 16, 2016. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruits for domestic use.

Josue Daniel is 21 years old. He is single and doesn’t have any children. He lives in his parents’ home. Josue works in the public hospital, where he works a rotating shift on the cleaning crew.

In his spare time, he also sells athletic shoes of various brands, models, colors, designs, etc. He buys these from distributors, generally for orders that have been placed.

His main customers are his workmates, family members, friends, and neighbors. He sells to them on credit and collects payments weekly. His mother also helps him with sales.

With this new loan, he will buy athletic shoes ordered by his customers. His dream is to have a profession and that his family would be very healthy.
