Agustina's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to maintain her cacao plot. She wants to improve production for her customers.

Agustina's story

Agustina is a very respectful person who lives well in community and is very supportive of others. She is very motivated to move forward, especially because of her children, ages 7, 5, and the youngest is just 3.

She has been making a living in agriculture for five years. She grows cacao and corn and raises and sells chickens. Her biggest challenge has been continuing her businesses, and building a tank to store water and make her work easier.

On this occasion, she is requesting a loan from Kiva for maintaining her plot of cacao. She wants to improve production for her customers.

With her extra earnings, she wants to build a pen, a large space where she can put her chickens and invest more. Her biggest dream for her business is to belong to a cacao cooperative.
