Esperance's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy more inventory for her supermarket and be in possession of sufficient stock to sell and then increase her sales.

Esperance's story

Esperance is a married mother of three adult children, all of whom she managed to educate. She is a very enthusiastic mother, committed to the well-being of her family. She works to improve her family’s living conditions.

For 23 consecutive years, Esperance has owned a supermarket with only three employees. She has gained a significant number of loyal customers, whose demand surpasses her sales. She wants to expand her business by increasing her sales and revenues.

So, she is requesting this loan in order to buy more inventory for her supermarket and be in possession of sufficient stock to sell and then increase her sales, which will result in the augmentation of her revenues as well. The profits generated by this loan will be used to pay for her children’s medical insurance.

Also, this is her first loan cycle with VisionFund Rwanda. Consequently, Esperance is truly appreciative towards the Kiva lenders for allowing her this loan.
