Joomart's story

Joomart has successfully repaid his loan. He is thankful to Kiva and everyone who helped to finance his loan. At present, Joomart's farm has seven cows, four sheep, and a horse. He also has 0.68 hectares of irrigated land, on which he grows alfalfa.

In order to further develop his business, Joomart has again applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 69,000 som (KGS) to purchase bull calves to increase his income from breeding livestock. Joomart intends to use the funds from the loan to develop his animal husbandry business by purchasing livestock and building a cowshed.
