Mariuxi Juliana's story

The city of Portoviejo was affected by the earthquake of April 16, 2016. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruit for domestic consumption.

Mariuxi Juliana is 21 years old, a single mother, has a 2-year-old child, and they live in her mother's house. To pay her child's expenses and her own, Mariuxi works selling a variety of products such as diapers, a variety of women's, men's and children's clothing, children's shoes, products from Avon and Yanbal catalogs (beauty products, cosmetics, perfumes, and women's accessories), rice by the quintal, and jugs of water. She sells these at her house and makes sales at her customers' homes. She collects weekly and in cash.

With this new loan, she will purchase diapers, rice, jugs of water, perfume, creams, jewelry, etc. Her dream is to be a homeowner and that her child is very healthy.
