01_Ndiandandiaye Group's story

These seven brave women are members of the group that was established in November 2011. They are related and share values of solidarity and good understanding. They repaid several loans without issues. Their main business is retail.

Mrs. Ndiaye, age 52, is responsible for the group. In the photograph, she's standing in the far right with her hand raised. She's a widow and the mother of four grown-up children.

Mrs. Ndiaye makes and sells couscous at the villages's bus station. She has 35 years of experience. In parallel, she raises chicken and she has a chicken coop at home. She gets her supplies from large providers.

She will use this loan to buy bags of millet and maize, chicks, bags of chicken feed and to pay for vaccines. She's not the only one to sell couscous but she's doing fine. Her profits will be used to develop her businesses and cover the expenses of her family.
