A loan helped to purchase spare motorcycle parts.

Rubén's story

Rubén is a young entrepreneur who is 21 years old, father to one son, single, and works as a businessman and mechanic. He has a business selling spare motorcycle and bicycle parts, as well as doing repairs. The business started 15 years ago with only the sale of spare bicycle parts, and the owner was his father. Rubén inherited the business and has run it for two years.

The business was growing little by little as they were incorporating a greater variety of inventory according to the demand, up to the point of offering other services where they included work such as repairing bicycles and motorcycles, and selling spare motorcycle parts. There are few businesses selling spare parts in the city and there exists a great demand from the population.

He is requesting a Kiva loan through Fundenuse for the purchase of spare motorcycle parts. In this way he will be able to fulfill the needs of his customers, providing them with low prices and excellent attention. His future plan is to be able to provide for all of the customers in the city where he lives so they don't go looking for service at other shops.
