Felex's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy fertilizer for his farm to have good yields.

Felex's story

Felex is married, with four children who are school-going.

His main source of income is agriculture, mainly banana and coffee-growing, done in the rural areas of Mitooma district. He also sells second-hand clothes to get a supplementary income, a business he has grown with the support from UGAFODE.

In a bid to improve his farm yields, Felex has applied for a loan of UGX 2,000,000 to buy fertilizer for his coffee and banana plantations to boost his yields. He is confident that he will get good yields at the time of harvest and, thus, bring in more income.

Thank you, lenders.

In the photograph, Felex is standing by his banana plantation which also has coffee (in the background). He also has turkeys, too, which are not necessarily a business but for subsistence.
