Eduardo's story

Eduardo is 31 years of age and a good resident of Lupao, Nueva Ecija. He is single and happily living with his family. For almost five years, Eduardo has been engaged in managing a variety store selling chips, bread, canned goods, noodles, condiments, etc. As of now, he is also a rice dealer in their village.

According to him, the business is very helpful to them. In every month he earns 15,000 pesos (PHP) as net income from the business. Due to the lack of capital for his business, Eduardo decided to borrow from Alalay Sa Kaunlaran (ASKI) Inc. by having a loan amounting to PHP 70,000. The loan proceeds will be used to purchase sacks of rice and items to resell.
