Zhamalkan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.

Zhamalkan's story

50-year-old Zhamalkan is widowed, has three sons and lives together with the youngest one. She has a high school degree. She is a hard-working, determined and entrepreneurial woman by nature. She knows the techniques of running a farming business and is able to use resources appropriately.

Since 2009, Zhamalkan has been working in cattle breeding as her family's primary source of income. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to business, Zhamalkan currently owns three cows and a 1.9-hectare plot of irrigated land on which she grows beans.

With the aim of further developing her farm, Zhamalkan has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) to purchase dairy cows, with the goal of increasing her income from organic milk sales and livestock breeding. Zhamalkan plans to reinvest the profits from the loan into further development of her farm.
