Abigail's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy pesticide and fertilizer for her crops.

Abigail's story

Abigail is a 37-year-old farmer from Quezon, Nueva Ecija. She is happily married to Warlito, a farmer, and they are blessed with two children who are still pursuing their studies.

For almost two years, Abigail has been growing calamansi, a citrus fruit, to sell after harvest. She and her family deliver calamansi to their public market to sell. She and her husband works hard to give her children a better living.

Abigail has repaid previous loans from Alalay sa Kaunlaran (ASKI), Inc. for more than two years. Abigail is requesting again a 60,000 PHP loan under the agricultural loan program of ASKI to buy pesticide and fertilizer for her crops.

Her dream is to create employment and for her family to have a better future. She hopes that, with the support of ASKI and Kiva lenders, it will come true.
