Yzamary Yumey's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to invest in plantains, cheese, fish, peanuts, and onions, among other things, to make the dishes she sells.

Yzamary Yumey's story

Yzamary is 20 years old, single, and works as a security guard. She lives with her mother in Portoviejo, known for its gastronomic variety.

Yzamary's mother taught her to work from a young age. To cover her costs she works selling fast food, such as fried plantains, seafood fritters, and empanadas. She works with her mother. Thanks to loans she has obtained, Yzamary also happily works selling fish stew to her customers from Monday to Sunday.

She will invest in plantains, cheese, fish, peanuts, and onions, among other things. Yzamary's dream is to be policewoman and have her own store.
