Phanice's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy cereals grains (beans and corn) to sell in her village market, and as a mom, use the profits to support her children.
As the only voice of hope that her children have, Phanice, who is a 32 years old mom of 5 children, stands strong. She is determined to break the chain of poverty that has formed into a cycle in her family. She is a mom who has a great history of valor, perseverance, and courage in farming. Her primary sources of income have been milk, crops, and some small business ventures (cereal trading) that help her make ends meet. She is determined and is very focused on her goals and dreams. She is seeking a loan to stock her cereals business. She plans to use the money to purchase different cereals such as maize, beans, and sorghum. She will transport cereals in bulk to faraway markets, where she will sell at prices high enough to meet all the expenses incurred plus profit. She is confident that she will be able to repay the loan on time because she is hardworking and financially disciplined. Returns from the investment will change her life, as she will use the additional income to raise her family's living standards and pay for her children's education. Her positive attitude and her hopes of getting ahead show that Phanice has an immense desire to better herself and, of course, a desire to receive a favorable response to her loan request. Support her during this first month of 2020!
