Anne's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy an additional dairy cow to improve her milk vending business, in order to meet the high demand in her area and support her family who depend on her completely.

Anne's story

Anne is a 54-year old mother of six children who always dreams of success. She is the voice of hope for her children. Anne’s primary sources of income are from crop farming, milk sales and a tea farming. She has managed to take care of her family with her income from selling milk. Anne has always wanted to take care of another dairy cow, but a lack of capital has prevented her from doing so. She is now seeking a loan to buy an additional dairy cow to improve her milk vending business. The cow she intends to buy is a breed that produces rich, creamy milk. With this cow, she will produce more milk, which will translate into more income. Demand for dairy milk in her area is high, but the supply is low. So, through this loan, Anne is going to have more milk and comfortably meet the demand. Anne's vision is to keep even more dairy cows, so that she will be able to build a biodigester, which would help her to save more energy.
