A loan helped to buy banana suckers for planting and fertilizer for his farm to increase production.

James's story

James is a repeat client of UGAFODE. He is a family man living in rural Kyotera. The cattle trade is his major source of income and he has done this for many years. He supplements his income through the sale of milk, which he supplies to shops and families, as well as banana growing. He expects to be a prosperous farmer in the future with the largest cattle farm in Lyantonde. However, he faces the challenge of inadequate capital to make his dream a reality. He has therefore applied for a loan of 4,000,000 UGX from UGAFODE to buy banana suckers for planting and fertilizer for his farm to increase production. James is hopeful that this will improve his finances, enabling him to improve his family's standard of living. He appreciates lenders for the financial support that will enable him to realize his dream.
